Some of you may have looked out the window and spotted an unfamiliar yellow orb in the sky today. The reemergence of the sun means that the cricket season is just around the corner!
This means we will be starting our outdoor nets on Friday 3rd April and they are open to all members. As the 3rd is a bank holiday, nets will start from 4pm to allow a bit more time before we lose the light.
For the month of April, we will be holding nets on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. This is because there will be remediation work taking place on the top cricket pitch outfield/rugby training area. As a result, the rugby club will be using the area around the nets for training on Tuesdays.
Once we get to May and the rugby season has concluded, we will revert back to our usual Tuesday evening sessions (further details to follow).
We have a whatsapp group for summer nets you are welcome to join

We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible!
