We’re looking for a passionate, proactive leader to take on the role of Head of Girls & Ladies Cricket, driving growth, development, and visibility across all age groups.

? About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on position, responsible for:
• Leading the development of girls’ and ladies’ cricket programmes
• Creating clear pathways from junior to senior cricket
• Supporting coaching, recruitment, and volunteer engagement
• Championing inclusion, visibility, and member experience
• Collaborating with other club pillars
