First up, Stuart Smith will be taking on the role of Head of Ground Operations. Stuart has already taken on a role leading in managing the grounds across the different sport sections. Alongside this, Stuart will take the lead on ensuring our we have high quality facilities available for our members. This will involved liaising with our contractors Thompson groundcare, working with cricket leads to ensure suitable pitch preparation as well as recruiting volunteers to support with developing the ground. Our other new recruit is Rory Seymour who will be our new head of communications and social. In this role, Rory will be responsible for promoting the club and our successes externally, engaging and getting the views of members and organising social events across the year.
